You may be asking, what is wrong with copying from your old DENIED applications? Firstly, it shows that you are not dedicated enough to the server to write a new and updated application. These are almost from a year ago and I bet that you have changed, so why not update it and make it new and personalized and show your dedication to the server. Secondly, if it didn't work the first time, why keep saying the same stuff?

Thank you for the feedback! I copied my old staff app because the staff managers said i could use the same application if i made some tweeks and changes. I dont have any alts though.

I have just looked through all the staff applications that have been posted. You are just copy and pasting your response to everyone. Even people who had sufficient detail you put had no detail.

No, i have changed my name. Those tweaks that i made were enough to satisfy staff managers.

Your application is solid however if you were to change your color scheme and maybe elaborate more on to why you would like to become a staff member that would be amazing.
Also as stated above you might want to add proof to your staffing experience to show that you really are an experienced staff member worth accepting.
