1st It's pretty obvious that your friends are vouching for you (Stated by @Docents )
2nd Irrelevant Experience means that the servers that you have been staff on are "Irrelevant" meaning dead/low player servers + you have not gotten past mod.
3rd The sentences in your application have weird spaces and you have weird random capitals in your application.
