Trexmine(Iranian, 1k+ players): Senior Moderator, basically staff manager, my responsibility was to manage the moderators, interview people and take screenshare test from mods.
Cold Network: Moderator, SS Administrator: Managing SS Mentors, Taking SS Tests, Updating the guide, Making sure Screensharers didn't make any mistakes, and if they did, I had to give them a ss warning.
Media Admin: Responsible for recruiting content creators and making sure they were active, I also had the rights to demote them/
Practice Specialist: Hosting events on practice
BWHUB: Moderator, Responsible for interviewing staff applicants, the interview had two stages, stage one was done by mods and above and stage two was done by the head of staff.
PvPGYM: Trial-mod. Moderating the chat and banning blatant hackers.
Why do you want to be a staff member?
To improve the quality of screensharing and to ensure that both players and ScreenSharers are safe while screensharing, I'm also willing to help out the staff team with making the server a better place for players by punishing rule breakers.
Helping the community improve is my main goal for applying, I'm willing to share my ideas with the team to improve the server overall, with clearing out all the cheaters the server will surely become a better place, I don't want to let them ruin the players' experience on sage, I want the players to have a great time on the server, I'm sure my staff experience would be of use to you all, my ability to handle situations a staff member might face, my ability to maintain calm in stressful situations, my up-to-date screenshare knowledge surely will help the server.
What makes you better than other applicants?
I do not compare myself to others and I do not think I am superior than them, however, considering that I've been in to the screensharing community for a while and that I've been staffing minecraft servers for over 2 years now, I see myself as a good choice for you all.
I am able to maintain calm in stressful situations and I know how to deal with members, whether they're troublesome or not.
I'm very careful whilst doing my job, I try my best not to make any mistakes whilst I'm staffing, and if I do, I try to learn from them and try my best not to make the same mistake again.
I'm mature and I know that a staff member shouldn't act unprofessional and childish, I set no differences between my friends or other players on the network, whoever breaks a rule must be punished fairly, you will not see any childish acts coming from me as I can't let myself be immature as an experienced staff member.
I am aware of my responsibilities as a staff member and I acknowledge that I will be punished if I break a rule, if I make any mistakes I'm sure I can make up for it with being active and trying my best not to slip up again.
I work best in teams, teamwork can truly make staffing much easier, if another staff member is struggling with something others can help him understand the situation, and I believe once I get enough experience on sage I will be able to help out the staff team.
