I use 60 FPS, pretty sure that's what many youtubers use with things such as OBS
dude no... they use what their moniter uses... usually 144hz or 244hz

I have a 120hz. BUt like in OBS i'm pretty sure they use either 60 PFS or 120 FPS (Hatefoo) when recording, as seen in their setup videos
Most youtubers record in well over 144fps usually up to 600fps, they render in 60 fps, this is much different.
