Make famous rank requirements less. With the hcf community taking a hit in the past few months, few people are able to meet the requirments.

400 subs needed

This would bring more attention to smaller creators but the reclaim should be reduced if the requirements are changed

Smaller content creators should apply for YouTube rank. It would help them gain acknowledgement especially when advertising videos. There is no need to lower requirements for Famous.
