Why do you want to become staff?:
First of all I have this motivation that I want to use and I want to use it in a good way to support Cavepvp!.
I really want to go back into staffing because: first of all, I really like the community as a staff member and because I’ve been around for some time now this will only make my connection to the people of our community better.
The responsibility you get as a staff member is something I really like, you can help people like its a daily routine and the people will be greatfull towards you.
This is something I like about the community.
When the people are not that greatfull, I don’t like the community.
But I don’t really care because I know there will always be other people who are.
We need to stand strong as a staff team!
Like I already told you, I like being a staff member.
This gives me motivation and motivation is good for several things.
Sagepvp is a server wich I played on for a very long time.
The last couple ofmonths I wasn't on that much because of private reasons.
But now I want to get staff on here to help the server and to help out the staff team.
Why should we accept you as staff?: I think this question is a very good question because you will see that some people can't answer this.
It is a very hard question but I will give you several reasons.
1: I am motivated and with motivation you can perform better than other people.
This motivation is coming from my old careers and a new career wich I am excited for to start now.
I can't show my motivation but if you would accept me you would see that I will perform the best I can.
I will try to get Admin on here and I have a lot of things I want to do as a staff member on here.
2: I'm very patient.
With patience you can also do much such as screensharing.
If you lose control over yourself in a ss than the cheater will just be clean because you went over everything to fast.
This patience is also good for your social skills in the staff-team it self.
We don't want a staff-team who doesn't give a shit for each other do we?
3: I like being a staff member and this question is actually one who can be asked in several ways such as: How can you benefit the server.
And I think the reasons wich I gave you are perfect for this question.
Can any staff members on the team vouch for you?: No, I don't think so.
