↬ Why would you like to become a staff member?: I would like to be staff on SagePvP due to my liking for the server. I've took an interest in this server for 3 years playing on and off squads. I feel that being helpful towards the community benefits everyone. If I became staff I believe I would become a very productive and helpful member of the team, able to fulfil and exceed in the duties of a staff member. I believe I can go beyond the expectations that this server expects from staff members. I'm really dedicated to the communities I follow and I can assure the team that I would be extremely hardworking towards my position if I was to get this position. My previous staff job in a prior server was "Mandwon" - which I lost interest due to my ownership being deluded and abusing and the player base became increasingly toxic. This position gave me a good chunk of previous job experience, making me very capable to understand what is expected and be able to complete tasks with ease. I want to be staff to be able use my time productively, being staff on a Minecraft server means putting your time into making other people happy and feel welcomed. I love the feeling of knowing you’ve helped someone and made their day, even if it’s a quick interaction it still goes a long way in making peoples lives that bit better. Respect towards the players and gratitude back is one of the greatest rewards as a staff member. I also believe that working as staff gives great skills for the future, I believe it positively impacts you depending on how you treat the role. I want to learn more skills working with players and other staff so I can be a more well rounded person culturally and socially. I love to meet new people and introduce myself to new people from different aspects of life, as this makes me learn new things which is constantly a benefit. I really feel I can really make a positive change in SagePvP staff team, by using my previous job skills, my personality and attributes and my work ethic which I believe is at a high standard for this job. I believe I would be a great fit in the already amazing staff team!
↬ If accepted, how would you improve the players' experience?: I'm a quite sociable I will go out of my way to socialise with the community. I'm an honest and reasonable staff member (previous experience) in which I do not struggle to speak to the community in a professional fashion. I'd say I'm a quite creative and upbeat person. I excel at coming up from resolutions to problems that arise. My creativity and strive for social contact really makes me an easily approachable staff member. Being staff on a previous server for a good 6 months really taught me the ideal skills I need to work as a staff member in SagePvP, I find it easier to work as a team which I am more than capable of doing so. I'd love to get closer to the current staff so SagePvP staff can work in a close team to really resolve issues currently in the server. I also believe I have a great level of patience and I'm extremely accommodative and easy to speak to. Patience and understanding during helping anyone in the player base is basic respect and should always be a main priority for the whole team. Player satisfaction is number one and making them feel like their problem has been resolved is super important. I believe my skills really could benefit this issue in SagePvP the most. Being practical and using time efficiently is a number one when combatting 100s of players with SagePvP huge player base, I would be sure to use my knowledge of the server towards making players have a good time. Keeping formality when dealing with the player base is also my strong point which will help the players have a positive experience when encountering me, this is great to keep a happy playerbase with reoccurring players.
