Why would you like to become a staff member?:
I would like to become a staff member to improve the player experience and in conclusion ban hackers. My main priority in-game is to make sure the average Player comes onto the server and has an awesome time, and an overall great experience. The positivity Sage gets is like no other server and I hope to greatly improve that. Hackers are the downfall of HCF and with enough hard work, we could decrease the percentage of Cheaters that get on every single day. When I worked at sage, the players I dealt with were very easy to talk to and very helpful even to me as a Staff Member. I love the contribution and dedication that is required to be a staff member and I wish I can be in that same "pool" again if that's what you would like it to be called.
I am super mature. Without maturity no one will really respect you when you're seeking a job or position you'd like to take, As a staff member I understand that there are some fun times in the game but when it comes to moderating the server, team speak, and chat I have to be very sincere, mature and concentrated with my actions such as screen sharing, monitoring chat, and helping people in team speak and in-game. I would like to become a staff member on SagePvP because I have a lot of skills in helping people who are experiencing problems. I want to help anyone and everyone if it's possible. I have a lot of spare time and why waste it when I could be putting in actual work and dedication to a server like Sage.
If accepted, how would you improve the players' experience?:
I would greatly improve the players' experience. Because of my experience. I have worked at Multiple Servers with different ways of looking at things and I am very open to suggestions and change. I know players and or users hate TeamSpeak waiting times and I will get to them as fast as humanly possible. I've felt the anger of dealing with a Staff Member who doesn't know what they are doing, so I hope to come to Sage and decrease that margarine. To add on, I hope to share my leadership skills whilst staffing and also grow my leadership skills. I am used to Discord and TeamSpeak, and I will not have any issues using them. I love personally playing HCF and I hope to make this community thrive within Sage.
I know Sage is an amazing server and I would like to be a part of this staffing journey at SagePvP. I have always wanted to be a part of the staffing community and meet new people who have the same desire of helping the server as I do. As a staff member, I will be active and always respond to the reports that players make in-game or team speak. I hope that I can be accepted to the staff team so I can start helping the players in need and punish the rule-breakers to improve the community.
If you were to rate your honesty on a scale of 1-10, what would it be and why?
Probably a 9/10. Because I would lie if it saved me or someone else from getting into a lot of trouble. But I'm currently working on this and improving.

I resigned last time off of Sage as I wasn't able to get on for the required amount of hours I needed to be on. But I am off this whole week and don't have half as much school work so I can be really active.
