Punishment Issue

Hey!
So I basically had 10 days left to my ban and I went to appeal it and they said that they would reduce it and I got on and now it says I have 14 days left. Is this a mistake or is this how the actual policy works?

Hey, whenever you do a ban appeal they always reduce it to 14 day
