Not getting payout in kits

Hey we came #3 on kitmap after weeks of grinding and spending money on flares etc and since nostalgia were not getting pay out we should have had #2 but after going ts it seems to be a massive confusion between all the staff. They don't know who they paid, they said we cant get it since its already payed out to the wrong person or something , very confusing situation but anyway we will be happy with 65 dollars worth of flares maybe 4x flares instead of when we planned to buy on SOTW that is 3x flares.
Please respond soon I think staff are already discussing this situation but you can put the flares into my PV or Strqt's.
Our SOTW was ruined because of this so it would be good if we got this situation sorted soon.
