You really should upload at least one video and then apply again, I believe it helps alot.

I know it is way easier to just get the rank and say you will make videos with it but it shows dedication to just make a video.

You can make a video on how to HCF with no rank/kits/keys, or join a faction and baseraid/montage/teamfight etc.
