All though this isn't Minecraft related it still counts as experience since I had to do what my role said

Why would you like to become a staff member?
Because before I quit minecraft which was 2 years ago I was staffing on many servers and now that I am coming back.. Minecraft is dry / dead.
Therefore there is nothing fun to do and the only thing I can think of is staffing for servers again but there is really no HCF servers that
have a decent playerbase other then Sage. So if you want me to be honest, I just want to be staff to experience the fun of it again
such as stalking people in mod mode, moving people in teamspeak and helping them and mostly
SOTW as a staff cause that is really fun.
If accepted, how would you improve the players' experience?
Activity -
I am very very very active. And since we are out of school for the rest of the year my parents don't care about me going to sleep late and other things like that
so me being active (11AM / Whenever I want to sleep). This can improve players experience cause now they will know specifically mailpost is online and if they need help from dying to a bug, hacker, illegal trap, or anything that will get them a rollback they can come to me.
Experience -
I am very experienced with being a staff for the HCF community specifically to the point where barely anyone will complain about my support which is a good thing for the player side and reputation for the staff side. Cause we all have played HCF before and when we see a STAFF members name something comes up either "this guy is chill, annoying, weird" anything like that. So that is always a good thing to have a good staff member on the team that the community likes and also I have experience in guidelines and screensharing. Since this will be the first server I am applying after coming back from a break I will be going over the screenshare guidelines that you guys either provide or the ones I got from FaithfulHCF but everyone wants a staff member that knows how to screenshare cause then the people that they trashed on now can talk shit and its just funny in general catching someone. And about the "guidelines" thing I never wrongfully punish anyone because I don't punish anyone unless its under the guidelines other then obviously common sense things. So this will put false accusations about a false mute or anything to the side so then people don't get pissed off.
Microphone -
I'm gonna keep it 100 with you guys. People with trash microphones are annoying. Hearing peoples background noise or the loud ass keyboards is mad annoying and thats something I don't have. Especially if someone is already stressed enough after going raidable to a glitch and if I move them in and they hear 5 speakers going off and blue switches going off. I have a Arctis 7 Microphone which is very good and its great for supporting people

All though this is a small application, people should know long applications are a pain in the ass to read. Especially for the managers who read them and its super long and they are very very boring. Nowadays people just make long ass applications repeating everything every other application has and its just stupid annoying to read over and over so that is why my application is short for the people who comment -1 short. And finally I believe I put enough details in the words if you know what I'm talking about. For example in 1 sentence itself it explains a lot or says a lot if.
