Why would you like to become a staff member?:
KitMap
If i become staff i think my responsibility on kitmap would be to watch over players to see if anyone's being cheated on i also will be checking reports regularly. Whenever i'm not dealing with people in game or in team speak support rooms which i will talk about shortly, but whenever i'm not doing support rooms i will always be randomly tping to people to see if anyone's having issues or experiencing bugs and if they are i will happily assist them because i will be on at least 5+ hours a day my time schedule is above located in ''How many hours can you put in the server per week'' obviously there is regular responsibilities within being staff upon the network which every staff member is supposed to do if i feel there is either a toxic staff member or player i will assure them to calm down and i can handle this because im very good within handling loud/compact situations such as big support rooms or mass moves which i could heavily assist in Another reason i believe i would do good on kitmap is because im a regular player myself so i feel the pain of being hacked on so i could understand their anger if they came into ts, but on the other hand there's the hackers perspective which obviously i also have to take account towards. If a hacker decides to be toxic when joining ts or even messaging in game i will take action within reason of the staff guidance/rules.
HCF
Within speeds there is some things to bring to the table however staff can not play which is a downfall because as much as i like helping people i like to play SOTW and contest koths and try to get claims next to media on the network but i really would enjoy to moderate the chat and players if they need help as many know Speeds is more popular than kitmap at the moment practice is slowly creeping up to kitmaps average but its getting there. Sadly speeds is very toxic so is most the HCF community which i hope does change very soon because HCF is a brilliant gamemode and it has alot of potential it has brought the Sage server so far and it will continue
Practice Sometimes practice can be flooded with cheaters,, such as waiting in queue or first day openings. During these times staff can be bombarded. I know this from experience. And it's important to not get overwhelmed with this. My experiences, I feel, have prepared me for such situations. Like kit-map practice is also another place staff members can play on. Engage with the community and be able to relax and take a break.
I'd like to become staff on SagePvP because i believe it is a aspiring project and i think i'd be able to contribute to the network with my standards & staffing experience. I hope i get a chance to prove my worthy ship towards Sage by getting accepted. People tend to think of this position as a rank or permission, however I am different. This makes me stand out from other applicants. I am not saying I am the best application that is out there, but I am confident that I will be a great addition to this team. I am also sure that the staff team will welcome me with open arms, and help me further to hopefully one day earn a promotion and be able to help players even further then what I currently do, and hope to do in the future. However, there are limits for everyone, including people who are actually staff on Sage. Becoming staff isn't about the rank, or the permissions. It's about having the ability to help other players effectively and efficiently. Being able to put forth effort and dedication to making the community a better place. And finally, being able to show professionalism, all while maintaining a good figure, and making friends with the staff team I understand that my experiences aren't the best but I am dedicated to server's that I become a part of their staff team. I hope I can work with the SagePvP Staff Team!! I have been inspired to join the staff team because the community is generally very pleasant to speak with and I am able to help them with there questions and concerns. To add on to my 2 weeks talking to the staff team, they have also explained a few of the rules I didn't know were rules players had to abide by when playing.
If accepted, how would you improve the players' experience?:
Maturity:
I believe for my age that I am a mature person because in most/or in all situations as staff members have to be mature of there options and choices and not to be toxic and scream down the mic as that is very disrespectful and unnecessary.
Personality:
I think that I have a good personality as I like meeting knew people and learning about them, I believe that my personality is mostly seriousness and fun. This means that I am serious whilst doing my job, and I can also be fun to talk to. Having these personal shows that I am a positive person and being positive is a good thing as a staff member because if you're toxic and disrespectful to people they won't like you and they will most probably get you demoted as it is unnecessary to be toxic to people even if they're toxic to you.
Dedication:
I believe that my dedication level is high because if I am dedicated to something I will stick to it for as long as I can until it is completed. I may have only had around 4 months staffing knowledge but I can put a lot of dedication into this server as I love playing this server.
Learning -
I am always looking for ways to become a better staff member.
As I am learning to become a better staff member that would require me to do things right and not wrong to improve my skills which would require helping.
Focus -
If someone were to report a player, bug, or anything related to needing a staff members help I’ll be dedicated or in this case focused to fixing that issue as soon as I can preferably ASAP. This can go under the act of Fast Support within in-game so if someone were to be getting chased around by a hacker this could help them out
If you were to rate your honesty on a scale of 1-10, what would it be and why?
I'd personally rate myself a 9.3
