Why would you like to become a staff member?:
I think that Sage is one of the best HCF servers in the community at the moment and I think this is the reason why the server's playercount is really constant. On Sage, I play Dawn because I never get bored of it. Sage has a good management, and being part of it's staff team would be very nice as It's one of my favourite Minecraft servers. I like helping people, in-game, on teamspeak and generally on the network. I think that I can help Sage a lot with the screenshares, because I'm very good at screensharing. Another reason will be that I really enjoy staffing, helping people and making them happy. I want to find a real HCF experience, where I can found the real HCF scenarios, to increase my professionality on the HCF mode and I want to get an high rank that can help me. I want a server with a VERY GOOD playerbase, and with a constant work who needs dedication because I'm a dedicated staff member. Another reason would be that I sometimes see hackers in KitMap, and some players get really angry by that, which I totally understand but staff can't be everywhere to help everyone, so with my activeness, I think I can maybe look for these hackers. Recently, HCF has become my favourite modality to play on, in fact, I'm always on the server when SOTW and EOTW starts and generally to play the map. On Sage I can find new friends, I can know new persons so It would be nice. I think that I have a good fit for staff, you can see from my past experiences. And then because as I have stated above I was a helper and I would like to do this experience again since resigning was an error for me. The last reason is because I want to know more persons in this community because the most of italian players didn't know how to play an hcf.
If accepted, how would you improve the players' experience?:
[Respect]
I will respect any decision that is made. I will respect higher staff members, players, etc. I am never disrespectful to any player. Even if a player is being disrespectful to me I will be respectful to that player.
[Patient]
I am very patient in everything; an example, would be the time to give to a player to join teamspeak for a screenshare. In the other servers I was staff on, generally you have to give 3 minutes. I usually waited 5 mins before banning. I can wait for a long time to get something and I feel it's needed on a bigger server.
[Bilingual]
A staffer who speaks two languages is always desired in an International server; in fact, I speak English and Italian very fluently. I'm learning spanish.
[ScreenShare]
I am very good at screensharing. I was Head of SS on Zolux, I also know how to find clients/clickers strings.
[Active]
I spend a lot of time at the PC, and because of this, I consider myself active. Even if I'm AFK on the ts or offline I often answer quickly on telegram or discord.
[Dedication]
As I stated in the question above I'm a dedicated / hard worker person, I always try to do my best for everything, and I think is one of the most important things in a staff member.

Fortunately, my PC is very fluid and I can record very well without problems and with my internet connection, I can also upload videos/screenshots on imgur/youtube in a very fast way.
[Mature]
First of all, I believe I am very mature. I believe that for a fifteen-year-old, I surpass many other applicants in this category. I take my job very seriously. Whenever I am in teamspeak, helping players in-game, or being active on forums, I will always put thought into what I am saying and making sure I stay as professional and serious as possible. I like to have some fun sometimes, but with a mature behaviour.

As you can read, I have HCF and practice experience in "important" servers and because of this, I have a good knowledge on the scenarios.

I have a good knowledge in staffing, specially in practice servers but now the practice servers are boring for me and I want to try a very serious HCF server. I have a good knowledge in the languages.

I'm very helpful, I learn everything very fast and as I said before I'm very active and I have a good knowledge about staffing.
