I do have previous staff experience, here are some of them.
GemPvP - Sr Mod, Then owner, then resigned/demoted for no reason and others staff too since owner was extrremely toxic and said some rude death threat, and stuff to my friend, that my bud got a clip of even.

This server was called GemPvP. The primary job of the Owner on Paranormal was mainly consisting of writing the majority of the staff documents, managing the staff team, and dealing with partnerships, and payment/investments. As well when I was Sr-Mod before this I was helping lower staff with things they needed teaching with or if they didn't have perms.

HCDreams - Trial-Mod

HCDreams was a project that was built from scratch. Although it didn't get very far, that didn't stop me from learning valuable information about moderating, management assistance, staff management / expectations helping, ect. Server shutdown and merged into hcrival months ago.

CentileHCF / CentileNet - T-Mod

On CentileNet, I was a T-Moderator. Centile helped me develop an understanding of how to approach and handle situations with players looking for help. I also learned everything about moderation that I might've not known from the other servers such as the ability to SS. I worked on the server for 2-3 months and the server closed. Under the ownership of some random. Not the real owners nowadays or from old days.

AdeptMC - T-Mod

AdeptMC was a project that I joined to learn new experiences on. I learned the way the server functions from the standpoint of a Sr.Mod. My main tasks included dealing with player reports, incident reports, etc.

I learned the key vital essentials of a staff member on this network. HCRival has taught me most of my lower staff experience, the necessary staff discipline and overall, my HCF knowledge, well somewhat. Although nowadays the staff there are corrupt and owner and management too.

SplashRIP - Trial-Mod + SS Verified

SplashRip was a project that I joined that p71 owned and was custom coded all plugins and core/anticheat and peaked 50 players, I learned to SS and watch people how to do it, including dealing with player reports, ts support, and checking who needs media.

OxPvP - [Staff Manager/Admin] 300+ people
I was given helper position and hastily promoted to mod. I then worked my way up to Mod+ then to SrMod. I slowly climbed my way to admin where I was stuck at for a while until I confronted the owner asking to be a more preferred position of staff manager, and dealt with media and staff management and learned how to control forums, ect.

Why would you like to become a staff member?: First, one thing that I feel sets me apart from others is that I really do have a strong passion and desire to aid others; I truly want to help out in any way possible regardless of whether I have a staff rank or not, but having the rank allows me to use commands to help people even more. I’m also very friendly and approachable– in a staff position I do my very best to make players feel comfortable with talking to me (for any reason – help, advice, reports or just a friendly chat) and make sure that nobody feels intimidated just because of a server rank. I'm also an extremely committed staff member - I vow to never let anyone down and my activity on a server that I staff is always extremely high. I also feel as though my ontime on MC is valuable; it shows my love, my high activity and my experience To The Top.

I would like to add as i am 15 i am quite busy and can be offline for an hour or two, possibly more while studying for exams or homework since corona virus and exams coming up but once I get off for the summer i will be able to put in a lot more hours during the week, as i will be less busy. Also, i have been active before and can still be now even on ts, or forums pretty much anything thrown at me. I can help by adding suggestions for you guys to add to the server I've always have been reporting hackers and recording them and try posting them, and I can show lot of dedication. Especially if I'm accepted to a high position.
Also, my Strengths are that i have excellent communication skills i can communicate on Teamspeak and in-game professionally, i Strive to remain calm throughout certain situations. However, not everyone is perfect as i can get a little frustrated with other players but i still try my best to stay calm and professional, and well under-pressure.

- Professional - Being a well-angled staff member requires maturity, understanding, and of course professionalism. In this line of work, I am sure to be as professional as possible helping with all different players on the server no matter the condition.
- Perseverance - I am the type of person that never gives up I am always ready for something new and a new job/challenge. I never give up on anything or anyone if you want to achieve your dreams you will have to work for them.
- I'm very well at handling any client/player and will do everything in my power to help them in any needs. I'm extremely active, day to night at many points and I work well under-pressure in a state of stress or anxiety because of having too much to do I can do both work well under pressure and be active. Being made to feel forced to do something (as by arguments, threats, etc.) is not hard to solve for me I'm easily helpful in these states too.
