Problem:
So I just had the pleasure of being cleaned coming out of a koth on kitmap after knocking the cappers. Its not fun at all because I was drained from the fight earlier. (Only if your in an active koth area)
Solution:
You should add a punishment for the player that decides to be weird after a team is fighting another team, and decides to deliberately go for someone that is drained because they just were in a fight and kills them. They should get there items back and if its an ftop faction they should be strike for like 100 points.
Proof:
Clearly fighting TheOne and FreakyFroggy, Then madkenobi and his teammate go straight for me
