Do you have any previous staff experiences?: As read above, I am 16 years old. I have been playing minecraft now for about 6-7 years and have played on an abundence of servers in my time. My most predominant staff experiences that I believe will really set me above the competition and make me the better pick for staff on SagePvP are thee following: FrostHCF, VeltPvP, SentinleHQ, and most importantly SagePvP. Starting off with FrostHCF, Frost was a smaller server back in 2015 with ranges of about 70-150 players on per day. This would be known today as a jump start to my staffing carrer today! I was Mod on their for about 2 months before resigning because of staff issues and the server began to take a toll on player account and the overall quality of how it was being ran. I learned a lot from Frost that I still use to this day, like social skills and how to talk to people when they are either frustarated or just in general how to speak to people in a respectful and professional manner. After Frost though came bigger and better things at the time, the launch of the now forever gone VeltPvP. Velt, was an interesting staff experience at least in my eyes it was. The server had just launched and I had known some people who switched over from frost to velt and of course I wanted in. I ended up recieving Trial-Mod and was stuck at this rank for about 3 weeks before I said I had enough. It wasn't because the server was bad or anything it's just that the managment didn't get along with me to well because they would either call me to young or inexperienced, which I took much offense too. I wouldn't let this negativity get the best of me though, I knew I was stronger then them. A year later SentinleHQ opened! My very won server! It lasted for about 4 maps before dying off into another HCF server of the past. I learned so much though while being owner of a server like this one. I learned what it really means to take responsiblity, work-effort, and grit. The hours, the blood, sweat, and tears that is put into making the community a better place I all learned their. I had such a blast, but I knew all good things had to come to an end. Finally, last but not least, SagePvP. You may be asking yourself right now, Why are you applying for Sage if you have already been staff before? I have one simple and easy answer to your question, I CARE! I was helper on Sage for about 2 weeks before getting promoted to Mod, which was shortly ended because of the poor decisions I made and the people from the staff that I hung out with. I was in a faction with another mod at the time, which was refunding his friend everytime he died. I didn't report this to Arcticcc and when he found out I was alos boned. I have learned from mistakes, since this has been over a month ago.
Why do you want to become staff?: Their are so many reasons for why I want to be staff on SagePvP it's hard to fit everything into one page. So, let me break it down into three main points for you guys: I am Mature, Trustworthy, and a Hard-Worker. Sometimes, you don't find maturity out of a 16 year old nowadays. I have a job where I need to be professional and mature when I am on the clock and I can do the same at Sage, I will treat it like another Job where I will handle all situations with professionalism and socialism. Overall though, I want Sage to look good on all platforms. Even when I am not working I still want to represent Sage and what it really means to be a "Sage Staff Member" in this community. Next, Trustworthy. Trust is something that is earned and not given. I work for my trust in other people and for myself. I understand what it takes for someone to believe and trust you so that they know when they aren't around I am doing a great job! I build all my relationships around trust, I think trust is the biggest thing when it comes to working with people. I think if your honest with me, then I am gonna do everything in my power and what is right to make sure everything will come out as smooth as can be. Finally, I am a Hard-Worker. When it comes to putting in the hours and learning the staff guide and wanting to be promoted for what my hard work, I am at that guy. I am always pushing myself to be better at everything I do, whether that be in the classroom, baseball field, or at work. I don't like to lose, I don't like to fail, I want to WIN! Yes these 3 main points really make me the person I am today. Besides these points though, I am also very active on the server and play every single map. I know what right and what's wrong and how the server works! I also have purchased Zeus Rank, 2019 Kit, Many...Many...Many...Keys, and ranks for other people! I wouldn't spend my hard earned money on a server I didn't care about! This server means a lot to me and I never want to see it go!
Why should we accept you as staff?: I feel that I should be accepted to the Sage Staff team because I have what it takes to represent the community and bring a good positive, hard-working attitude to the team! I know what I have done in the past, but I have learned and have grown off of those mistakes. I don't want to be that guy who is known as the person who got demoted for hanging around the wrong group of people, I just don't! I have been staff on here before and I am more familiar with what to do in certain situations than someone who is just new and starting out. I wouldn't reapply now for the 2nd time since I got demoted if I didn't care about the community and well-being of SagePvP.
Can any staff members on the team vouch for you? (WuMarik, Sonnix, Toyed, Cozyyy, MattsAlt, Sauds, Amarese, and Trixz)
