Is SagePvp Really In Need Of New Staff?

Hello there.
I hope you guys are having a good one.
I was checking out the staff applications recently and I personally feel like it is just simply way to easy to get staff nowadays. And I also don't think SagePvp is in need of any new staff members because it'll just increase the am mount of staff members that are toxic and abuse. I feel like Sage should just focus on their current staff members to make them better instead of giving staff perms to random kids with a past that don't wanna admit it in their applications.

I agree but some staff members aren't that good so i think 1-3 more new staff members and 1-3 demotes will help sage alot

sage needs staff the current higher up staff are ass and they need new kids to replace them

I get what you're saying, but the Sage staff team is CONSTANTLY in rotation, and in cycle, new people leave and are replaced the next day, there's nothing really that can change this.
