True, it’s meant to help you out since people can give you feedback with which you can improve your app. It also just makes it easier for calvin eg someone’s double staffing they usually get called out for it.

I think that the staff applications need to stay open as it;
1. Helps people with improving their application
2. Lets staff see if they have toxic behavior/intentions
3. Other/Similar reasons are listed above
