Why would you like to become a staff member?:
I would like to become a staff member because I want to come back to staffing by starting at SagePvP I feel like sagepvp would be a good fit because I have been playing it for 2+ years along with the community It has an awesome HCF community
I can bring lots of great things to the staff team including,
Support Rooms:
I can stay in support rooms for more than 4+ hours at a time along with just talking to staff in Team speak to get to know them. I have been staff on multiple servers so I know how to properly talk to players when they come in Team speak for help.
Maturity:
I think of myself as a leader I don't joke around when told not to by higher up staff members on the server. I understand that I will have to put players before my needs if I get staff on this server. I have plenty of experience on being Mature because I have younger kids that live in my house that I need to take care because my Parents always work 24/7
Communication:
Communication is key to being a staff member you need Clear Voice chat. So one another can hear each other and this is a trait I have I'm very good at listening to people and being quiet when needed too without screaming at people in the process.
Trustworthy:
You have to be trustworthy to be staff on a server like this and I happen to have this skill. Out of all the server I was staff on I haven't tried to "Grief" or Make a players experience on the server.
If accepted, how would you improve the players' experience?:
If i was accepted i would improve the players experience by, Being in saferooms all night and helping people who need help in game and in Teamspeak.
If you were to rate your honesty on a scale of 1-10, what would it be and why?
Me personally I would rate myself a 8 or 9 for honesty I try to be as honest as I can. I'm the type of person you can talk to if you need help with something or just need to talk to someone.

My real name is Jacob. I have been playing Minecraft for 3-4 years I got into staffing around a year ago when I saw my favorite Youtuber become staff on FaithfulMC I'm going to learn how to "Script" or "Code" in about 3 months because I'm fascinated in coding and scripting.
