Verux.CC: Verux was a decently successful server, On the first release it achieved 170+ Players with some advertisement. I was Senior-Mod before I got demoted due to applying on another server while having a title with Verux.

Murder.Rip/Vyrix.US: Murder/Vyrix is a semi-successful server & still is. I was Trial-Mod before I resigned due to all the rumors of the Owner ddosing. Then I was demoted due to “Refusal to SS” Apparently.

HCRain: HCRain released once before I was demoted. I was Manager there and got demoted due to me unbanning my friend after a false ban.

FiercePvP: FiercePvP was not a well-known server but still got 50 or so players on SOTW. I was Trial-Mod before resigning due to the management team not contributing to the server.

Aodus.Org: Aodus did not get many players considering they are known for “botting”. I was Trial-Mod before resigning due to the lack of players.

AraPvP: Ara was a good server before it merged with AdeptMC & eventually got griefed by their owner. I was Trial-Mod before I resigned due to the server shutting down.

Why would you like to become a staff member?: I want to become staff on Sage because I've been a player of Sage for a decent amount of time now & I think I can fit in really good on the staff team & help improve Sage. I also want to become staff because I always die by hackers & a lot of people pearl glitch & I think I can prevent that from happening & improve the community. I want to become staff because I really enjoy the staff team. The staff team is really nice & enjoyable to be around. I think if I was to become staff on Sage, I can strive as a staff member & become a better person over-all and learn the ups & downs of Sage. I think I can expand the community and be very helpful for players so those players can have an amazing time at Sage. I'm proud of Sage& want to see the server grow to its full potential. Also I want to become staff because I think I can affect the reputation & look at the adult side of things & really mature from being staff here. Also I think I can learn many ideas & ways to become a better person in the HCF community by becoming staff on Sage. Over all I want to become staff because I absolutely love this server & I think I can be a good fit on the staff team.
If accepted, how would you improve the players' experience?: I can bring many traits such as,
Maturity: Maturity is a trait that every staff member needs to embrace. Not being mature can lead to actions that are not good for your reputation. Me being 14, my maturity level is higher than some 15 year olds that apply for staff.
Respect: When it comes to me being staff on a server, Respect is key. If you aren't respectful to players & staff, you would end up being striked or demoted. I'm respectful to whomever I'm having a conversation with. I look up to this quote, "Treat others the way YOU want to be treated". I want to be treated with respect so I show everyone respect.
Trust: As a staff member, You need to be trusted in the community so you can become staff on that server. You can trust me because I always tell the truth no-matter the situation.
Motivation: When it comes to me applying for staff, I understand that I need to be motivated to want to become staff on Sage & I'll put my all into the network & never quit. I think motivation is key because no network wants a staff member that becomes staff & doesn't put all their effort into helping players & the community. With me, I put all my effort into every minute I can be on the server, maybe just staffing for 1 hour then having to leave. It takes effort to become a successful staff member.
Activity: Since I’m out because of the “COVID-19”, I can be active 9+ hours daily until I get back to my daily school schedule. Now I won’t put all 9+ hours into the server, I can put 3 hours daily into the server.
Screen-Sharing: I know how to screenshare a player & search strings, use paladin, etc. I want to learn the server's way to help me improve my skills over-all.
Recording: I can record all my bans, warnings, etc. I try to record everything even when it comes to doing a support room in TeamSpeak. I can provide proof for all my bans & warnings unless I have permission not to record proof.
Knowledge: I’ve been playing HCF for about 2.5 years now. Also I’ve been staffing for 1 year or so. I know my ways around staffing on any HCF server I’ve been a staff member for.
