Why do you want to become Staff?:
I have a lot of reasons why I want to become staff on the Sagepvp Network, First of all, I'm getting quite bored of HCF and also lost my motivation to play it, The reason behind this is probably because the maps are so short and that HCF is kind of a repeating game mode. That's why I quit HCF for a while. But I still love playing Sagepvp and Minecraft in general. That's why I have played it this much. But now I feel like I'm up to something else than playing KitMap, HCF and Practice, Now that I know a lot about the Sagepvp Community, I want to try and help them, I want to try and solve player's problems, I want to try and remove all of the cheaters, Since the amount of Cheaters are growing quite fast. I see people talking in chat about cheaters and I want to see if I can help them by spectating the suspects. On practice, I used to spectate the suspect and when he is cheating I just felt powerless. When I can't help someone who needs help, Something in my head just tells me to do whatever I can, and so I came with the idea to record and send the proof to staff members. Doing this I already help the community but I want to help them quicker by becoming a staff member. Sometimes I'm not sure if a player is cheating or if he is just insanely good, In that case, I used to send the video to staff and ask about their opinion. If they were not sure they would SS them, I would do the same, If someone is going blatant, I would Ban them instantly but if I’m not sure I would SS them and get someone SS verified to SS them. I will also record everything when someone is cheating so I always have proof. I will also be in Ts all the time when I’m online (Schedule above), So the support rooms don’t overflow. I’ve been in the situations where I had to wait 1 hour before getting moved so I don’t want that to happen to other players, It’s also very frustrating. There is also a very small amount of active EU staff and since I’m US I can support the server when all of the EU players are online. Sagepvp has always been my favorite server, The reason behind that is the community. There is one thing that is frustrating me though, and that is the toxicity, I see a lot of “L’s” in chat and “Suck a dick” or even worst: Death threats and DDoS threats. I will also be able to help other staff members if they need help for some reason, They are always allowed to move me in TS when I’m not dealing with someone already.

Why should we accept you as a Staff?:
One main reason why I should be chosen to be staff rather than other applicants and why I'm applying is traits. All staff members should have these traits that can help them with communicating, helping, moderating, or even just playing. I believe I have all these traits and I continue to work on them throughout my experience with Minecraft. These qualities are very important for a staff member to have as when you take on the position of being a staff member you are trusted with a big responsibility. That responsibility is keeping the server clean and safe. If you aren't mature then you won't be able to deal with certain situations that you need to be mature in.

~Maturity~

Despite my age of 13, I am very mature. I have self-control and can contain my temper. I don't get mad when I die or when somebody doesn't listen to what I say. I keep my cool and never go all out on someone. I make sure to remain calm in every situation I can and will handle any situation to the best of my ability. If you aren't mature when you are a staff member you could hurt someone's feelings, make them feel not welcome, lead them to believe nobody cares about them or worse.

~Responsible~

Responsibility is one of the most important traits to have as a staff member. If you aren't responsible then you aren't trustworthy which is another important trait. Being a staff member means that you will be trusted by owners, managers, and other staff but if you are not responsible you will not be able to do this. If you aren't responsible you could abuse, criticize people, and make the network unfair for some players.

~Respect~

Players choose this server over others. While you're a staff member your job includes, but is not limited to making these players feel at home. If you were to log on a server and the first thing that you see is a staff member unfairly obtaining kills or resources everybody else has to obtain fairly, how would you feel? You would most likely feel bad and not want to play the server ever again. What if you came on and a staff member immediately starting insulting you? That wouldn't be much of a fun time, would it? What I'm trying to say is everybody deserves respect. No matter how they talk, do things, or answer to you. Everybody is a human being and deserves to be treated like a human, not an animal.
~Non-Biased~

I do not and will not treat anyone differently from anyone else. I feel everyone deserves the same amount of attention, respect, and overall dedication. If you were to be doing the same thing as someone else and they got a smaller punishment then you how would you feel? Would you feel violated, cheated, or maybe even just disappointed? That's how a member would feel. Despite the rank, name, relation to me, or how they treat me I will always treat them how I do to everyone else. This has been something that I have been doing ever since I was a little kid due to my family teaching me this.

~Dedication~

Dedication is how much time you are willing to put into the server, and how much effort you are willing to put in. There's a big difference between staffing and not putting any effort than staffing and putting in a lot of effort. While I put in a lot of effort I can get much more done than the average staff member but if I put in no effort then the server will be a living hell for all players and staff members. You could log on all the time but do nothing and it wouldn't count as activity. Dedication is the main trait of being a staff member. You can't help members if you're offline all the time. All Minecraft servers need staff members, and active staff members are the people who actually care about the benefit of the server.

Can any staff member vouch for you?:
No
