Really basic answers, managers want to see something more than that

Also for “Why would you like to become a staff member” i recommend spending time on why you actually want to become a staff member, it looked really effortless and didn’t seem you cared about the actual questions.

Please take you’re time and spend 30 minutes to 1 hour revising.
