Too much information said for the characteristics section (Activity/Time management/Dedication). It's not hard to speak about characteristics of a decent human being, the point of the application is to make the managers remember you're name as someone unique that stands out of the crowd. Tell them why YOU, not anyone else, YOU should be accepted as a staff member, and what you as a staff member can contribute towards the server. And listing characteristics just isn't how you do it.. This is just my opinion and input to help you improve the application, so I really hope you think about my advice, good luck!
