Hey thanks for pointing this out, on my Google documents I had two applications for sage, one was my old one and one was my nee one. I must have used my old one but my new one is one that I havent used before and was specifically created for sage, I'm editing it now sorry for the inconvenience.

No, if you look at the gyazo you can see that it's completely different, I spent time on this application.
EDIT: I see where you're coming from because everything I'd the same other than "why do you want to become staff?" and "why should we accept you as staff?" I changed those but I kept everything else the same, I do this for all my applications so them two sections are made differently to all my applications.
