I have also been staff on multiple smaller HCF servers.
(I factory resetted my PC, that is the best I was able to find as proof.)
↬ Why would you like to become a staff member?:
The main reason I want to become a staff member at SagePvP is mostly because I want to help players. I’ve been playing here for a long time now and I would really like to play on this server a lot more and staff on it and help it grow as a staff member. Another reason why I really want to become a staff member is that I enjoy helping people, seeing people how they're happy when I assist them and, most importantly, sometimes some people ask for help in chat when no staff is on the server or busy, mostly at EU times. I believe I am reliable as a staff member in terms of commands and would not abuse them in any way.
I would like to help every player to see a real SagePvP experience. One of my many passions is to try to improve this community. Everyone in the community should be treated equally, not paying attention to a Youtuber or a "known player". If I know I can be a better staff member than others, it gives me the motivation to apply and, so, help the server. One good reason why I want to become staff at SagePvP is that I have not seen, I wouldn't say really good, but a certainly decent player base like at SagePvP. Players on SOTW are amazing and that amount of people need to be moderated in a good way. I believe I have some reliable amount of skills that can positively influence and positively help the staff team. I will use all my reasonable knowledge I have gained from past experience as a Staff member and use it here, at SagePvP. As a part of the Staff team, I want to try out my best and do it for SagePvP. I feel like I have a lot of good things to offer, and I want to spend my spare time on Sage to become a better community for all of us. I want to be able to implement all the rules of the server that are possible. I want to be sure that all of your time goes to a good and reliable network. I want to be able to implement as many rules as possible.
Maturity: For my age, for a 16 year old person I think I am really mature, I still know how to have fun but when I'm staffing I want to keep things strictly professionally.
Personality: I'm mostly positive person and I always try to see the best in the worst. I'm always trying to be the most happy and talkative person in the room, either in real life or in a TeamSpeak channel. Always, but always I'm looking for new things and new opportunities for me to improve in life.
Dedication: My loyalty is not questionable because I really wanted to stay on every server as a Staff member but unfortunately it never turned out good for me. I'm already really dedicated to Sage since I'm playing on it almost every day.
Activity: My activity is also a bonus for me in Staffing, since I have a lot of free time;
Weekdays - 3-4 hours a day
Weekends - 5-6 hours a day
Depends if I go to school or not.
↬ If accepted, how would you improve the players' experience?:
My strongest point in Staffing is that I actually love to spectate TeamFights, my screenshare knowledge is pretty good since I was SS - Verified on almost every server I staffed on. Since I'm in Staffing for a long time I know how to react in certain situations and how to react really sharp and appropriate. My nerves are also pretty good, I'm not going to scream or disrespect anyone I'm going to do my best to stay calm and deal with the situation appropriately. Since I'm pretty decent at ScreenSharing I don't have any problems in sharing my ScreenShare tricks, and also tricks about every day Staffing, commands, permissions, etc... My activity is probably the strongest point in my free time since I love playing Minecraft and I would really like to Staff on Sage and help the server to become better place for everyone.
↬ If you were to rate your honesty on a scale of 1-10, what would it be and why?:
Every Staff Member needs to be honest and responsible with his actions and he needs to be aware of things that he's able to do. One wrong move or command and we can ruin someone's experience. For me, I will say I'm a nine, on a scale from one to ten, because you can never know what other people can do to you or the server and we (Players) must be thankful to the Staff Manager and Owners because it's not a small thing to give completely foreign person permissions to can do such big things on their server.

↬ Can you meet the weekly requirement of a minimum of 16 hours playtime per map? (If you cannot meet this then your application will automatically be denied.): Yes I can meet a minimum requirement of a 16 hours of playtime each map, like I said before, activity is not a problem for me.
