Yes, Coral - Mod, Cave - Mod+, Strafe - Manager, Arlex - SrMod, Vault - TrialMod // I have also worked on other server of mine but havent had more than 50 players on at once to play sotw but i am working on my own server right now which i feel has potiential aswell
Why would you like to become a staff member?:
I want to become a staff member is because I want to be useful to the expansion of the server. I feel I might get along fine with the remainder of the community and staff members. I also notice lots of things that fly under the radar when it involves HCF, and as staff, I might make my priority. it might be small things intrinsically I might specialize in for the higher of the server. I would like the server to grow and make it the most effective possible community it will be. I mostly want to become a part of the staff team to really be with the server as it continues to expand and grow. I am needing to help new players, or any players during their time on since I enjoy the community that much up to now. I need to become staff as I like meeting new players and socializing within the community. I might like to further expand my communications, yet as I start assisting these new players on the server. It honestly kills me to determine the best things like questions in chat being ignored. I want everyone to have a good time on the server, and I would love to contribute to that environment. Not only that, but I want to make sure everyone has a safe time. As a long-time member of this community, I've got seen far too many instances of players not having the ability to feel safe. I've got firsthand seen players getting threatened, and even blackmailed which I find disgusting. We are all here for an honest time, not a tough time. one amongst the most reasons I need to become a manager is because as a player, I want I've got a unique perspective on what needs attention from the staff specifically. What I mean by this are things like support rooms. As a player, I do know and understand the frustration of waiting in TeamSpeak/Discord for hours, sometimes days on end without support. It kills me, furthermore, as just makes for a harder time for the remainder of the community. this is often something I need to vary if accepted as a staff. I might like to sit in support rooms for hours assisting players. I know the struggle that players face by waiting in TS/Disc for hours, as I experience it firsthand. I need to vary the server in these small, yet positive ways. I want to contribute to the community even if it is something as small and minor as doing support rooms. Finally, one in all the most important reasons I’d wish to become staff on the network is just too help combat the matter that's faced with cheaters. I like the HCF community an excessive amount of to work out it obliterated by hackers and cheaters, whether it's on a kit’s server or a practice server. I’ve got firsthand seen way too many cheaters fly under the radar for the easy proven fact that there don't seem to be enough staff members handling reports. I’d like to focus my attention to assist finish off the network therein regard. As I said, I play HCF an excessive amount of and that I hate to work out cheaters flee with what they currently do. It disincentivizes other players from playing on the network as they're not even able to formally enjoy it. I do know this struggle and have endured it far an excessive amount of. I would like to be a contribution to the change and efforts to eliminate such players from the network.
If accepted, how would you improve the players' experience?:
I think that SagePvP is a brilliant server with a great amount of potential, So I feel like the player base is growing, so we need more staff members to keep everything under control. Like I said I can be very active on discord, So I normally have the website open behind my game and always check it every 5-10 minutes. One of the main reasons I applied for staff on CavePvP’s is because I feel like I have a different perspective on what needs attention from the staff specifically. What I mean by this are things such as support rooms. As a player, I know and understand the frustration of waiting in TeamSpeak/Discord for hours, sometimes days on end without support. It kills me, as well as just makes for a harder time for the rest of the community. This is something I want to change if accepted as a staff. I have firsthand seen way too many cheaters fly under the radar for the simple fact that there are not enough staff members handling reports. I know this struggle and have endured it far too much. If you were to rate your honesty on a scale of 1-10, what would it be and why?
I think this is a very essential skill that I have. I am able to carry myself professionally as well as talk to others in a professional mannerism when need be along with honesty. There is always a time for jokes and laughs, but there is also always a time to be serious. Other than that, I know what it means to be "toxic" and that is something I try very hard not to embody. I understand that if accepted as a staff I represent the network even in the smallest way, and I would not jeopardize the network's reputation for a mistake or silly behavior on my behalf. Honesty is a big role in the staff community as an employee because in order to prosper people need to be understanding and truthful even if it threatens of jeopardize someone's employee position
Can any current staff members vouch for you?:
Not as of currently, although i do have friends that are staff on other great servers just like sage on viper, hcrival and etc who would definitely vouch for my position on the SagePvP staff team
