» Why would you like to become a staff member?:«
I want to acquire the rank because I really consider myself a good person for it, I really enjoy helping people and answering their questions. I am really dedicated on what I am doing and I assure you if you accept me, you won't regret it. I am trying at the moment to help as many people as I can on the server and I am really good at what I'm doing. I'm that kind of guy who would fight for his word because I really think before speaking and I got really mature , and i can assure you 100% you will see that . I want to be a part of this community because i want you all to see what I am doing and how it will be from there on. I really assure you that I have a pretty good amount of experience that may be needed at some point. The most beautiful thing that I find stunning about this server is the staff team and the community, the staff team is brilliant and helpful and kind of funny at the same time. The community is pretty decent as well because sometimes they really make your day by their words. I would like to be a part of your staff team and I will try my best to acquire the rank that I am applying now for. I'm a good young man that thinks he can change some things in what he sees. Now if you will find me in the game, I will make sure you that ill be good and helpful with the players but I want more than that. I WANT to push my limits and do something bigger, something that everyone will remember. That's the person I am and I will make sure that no one will ever change that. I LOVE playing this block game and I’ve been playing it for many, many years, more exact, like 9 years. I also want to get the staff position here due to the fact that this server deserve EVEN MORE than it already has in terms of community and player count, You guys have many unique ideas and you are really working along with your community in terms of suggestions, and I totally respect that. Some extra reasons are::
Responsibility: So, on SAGE, there is a thing from the staff members that let you with the mind saying (I'm safe here and I will stay and play here) and I meant that because I know from the staff's style that they need to have some responsibilities when they join the staff team so I'm counting on them that they will keep their word.
Maturity: When I see staff members here, I am staying and reading the chat to see if the sagepvp's management team made a good choice recruiting him in and from what I've seen now, I am truly impressed. They are very mature and they are as kind as possible with their players because they know what they have to do.
The Strong Hold: On this section, I want to make myself clear that the staffs and the normal players have some special connections with each other because at some points, the nowadays staffs were players at a time as well and they try to treat the regular members/donators as good as possible by joking with them, having fun and playing games. Where do I know this, well I have the curiosity to look for some staffs but I'm not that kind of stalker. I am trying to keep everything ok as a member and I will still try.
Other than those reasons above, I also want to acquire the rank because of my activity and dedication towards your server. I like playing on your server and I can tell you that I've participated at 4 SOTW'S and 2 EOTW's My activity regarding sage will be a decent size one, talking about 3+ hours per day while on vacancies and 2 hours per day in school time, that's a total of 14h on the server during school and 21 during vacancies. I can not hesitate to tell you that I am also dedicated towards your server because, as you may or may not noticed, I've participated at a numerous amount of events [SOTW, EOTW]. So yeah, these are the reasons why I want to acquire the rank on your network and I can assure you won't regret your decision.

Activity:
Ok so first off is that my activity for your server will grow more in time especially if I am a staff member because the role is giving you a chance to help the server in your ways with the rules along with you. I am decently active on your server and I really like what I see till now. You need to have fun too, not only to be serious and speak like a mature man every time. The activity that this server have is a good one because in week time you have like 90 or maybe 100 and on weekends you have a 150-160 players, staff and donators. With my activity, I would use this advantage to help all the people in support rooms, by giving them less time to wait and giving better answers and actually dealing with their problems. Other than being active in teamspeak, I will also be active in game, supporting player's playstyle by punishing the rule breakers, at the end of the day knowing that I did good and actually managed to keep the server clean and stable in terms of players.
Community:
Now that I am at the community section of why I am a benefit for your staff team. The community is pretty good and tight together and that is a good thing because I've been on other servers and they had like a toxic community with some staff that was abusing their powers in games or things like that and I was really upset about it. I really want to tell you that 70% of the Minecraft communities are failing because of their players and the staffs because they can't handle the pressure they are upped to. You are not one of them because as I can see the chat is sometimes pretty peaceful and good looking. I think that you can say the same thing as me because I am on your server at least 2-3 hours a day and I know what I am talking about. By being on your staff team, I will try to do my job as good as posibile so the people playing the server will bring other friends, and those friends to bring other friends, so on. I want to make this community EVEN BIGGER than its actual level, and I would be glad to demonstrate it.
Helping the server:
This section is about knowing what I am going to do to help the server and why I want to help the server. I want to prove that I am a helpful and a dedicated staff member to you guys and have a good opinion about me and my work on the server. I love helping people and answering their questions and that's why I think the staff role will fit me perfectly. When someone is having some problems or things like that I instantly ask him what happened and try to make some jokes to make him feel better. I don't like when a player is sad because that means I didn't make my job quite right so i am trying my best to help him and ask him what's wrong along with some good and balanced language, so he can know I am not joking at all and he has to tell me all the details so I can help him. Second, off I really think this server needs even more help than at the moment because more heads are better than one. Helping your server will be a dream for me because I still do it with my normal rank while playing
