Reason of Leaving/Demotion: I resigned from Minemen club for multiple reasons, 1. the staff team was not a healthy environment & i wasn't in a state of mind to stay staff 2. I just couldn't do as much as i expected i listed i was a experienced Platform-Admin. As i started off as a Mod i felt welcomed but something didn't feel right i felt the staff were immature.

Reason Of Leaving/Demotion: I was demoted from VeltPvP for 1 main reason and it was because i was toxic towards another staff member which i totally regret now. The things i said were rude of me to say i would like to not mention what i said as i am a changed person!

Why would you like to become a staff member?:
I want to become staff on Sage because, for many reasons, and from the day I applied to now in this edit, I have spent the past 2 weeks getting to know the staff team and can now call a few of them my friend. The staff team is extremely organised and are always on top of things. From the time I started playing hard core factions, to now applying for the staff team of my favorite Hardcore factions server, I have learned quite a bit and have grown and interest in helping other players with questions and concerns they may have that staff are not able to answer because they are dealing with cheaters, mass support rooms, screen shares, ect... I understand that my experiences aren't the best but I am dedicated to server's that I become a part of their staff team. I hope I can work with the Sage Staff Team!! I have been inspired to join the staff team because the community is generally very pleasant to speak with and I am able to help them with there questions and concerns. To add on to my 2 weeks talking to the staff team, they have also explained a few of the rules I didn't know were rules players had to abide by when playing Sage. I haven't broke any of the rules thankfully, however I now know that it isn't allowed. If I am accepted to the staff team, I will have a head start, because I already have been learning how to work with the staff team, without actually being a part of the team. If you read the Guide to becoming a Helper thread, it states that the staff team expects players that are able to help out the community, mentally. Anytime I see someone who has a few questions and I have time I will help out to the best of my capabilities. However, there are limits for everyone, including people who are actually staff on Sage. Becoming staff isn't about the rank, or the permissions. It's about having the ability to help other players effectively and efficiently. Being able to put forth effort and dedication to making the community a better place. And finally, being able to show professionalism, all while maintaining a good figure, and making friends with the staff team and community. People tend to think of this position as a rank or permission, however I am different. This makes me stand out from other applicants. I am not saying I am the best application that is out there, but I am confident that I will be a great addition to this team. I am also sure that the staff team will welcome me with open arms, and help me further to hopefully one day earn a promotion and be able to help players even further then what I currently do, and hope to do in the future.
If accepted, how would you improve the players' experience?:
Loyalty
Staff team's generally are looking for positive, loyal players, that already help out the community without being asked, or without having a rank. If I am instructed to do something, or am given a job including support rooms, then I will get it done without having to be asked twice to do so. Adding on to this I do not abuse any permissions, and will report other staff members if they are caught abusing to the staff manager. This isn't to cause drama amongst the staff team, it is simply to keep the staff team positive. By the term "Abusing" I mean, a staff member /kill other players, giving themselves abused items, flying and killing random players, ect...
Dedicated
I am most likely one of the most active and dedicated player out of the few applicants in my group of threads. I am able to put forth time and effort into the work that I do for SagePvP Network. I understand that some people have things to do, and I will of course have things I have to do, however as soon as I am available I would hop on right away and answer players questions as they pop up.
Helpful
As suggested in the Guide to becoming a Helper, being able to Help players is the main factor of a helper. It is even written in the name Helper. It's not about have a permission that other player's don't have, its about having the knowledge to help other players in an effective and efficient manner. Any player could be a Helper, even if they don't have the rank Helper. All it takes is knowledge, dedication and being able to help other players.
Positive
I am generally a very positive and helpful person. Unless I am having a very bad day I will always be helpful without any attitude. Of course if I was having a bad day and unable to do my job professionally, then I would take the day off or take a few hours to myself.
Humourous
This trait is extremly important because, a player needing support or reporting a concern, doesn't want to feel like they are talking to a mindless zombie, staff are people to, and should act like a person and talk like a person even if they need to be professional. This being said, doing a support room does have it's limit however, throwing in a few laughs wont hurt anything.
