Why do you want to become staff?:
I would like to become staff on here because, I think I will be a very dedicated staff member. I like to help others out when needed. I think I will suite this server as a staff member because I am familiar with the game modes within the server. I also have past experience of being staff as listed above. Another reason that I want to become staff is that the people that are waiting in TeamSpeak for ages waiting for a staff member to move them to resolve their problem, I could happily help resolve this ongoing problem so they will be no need to afk for so long in the Teamspeak. I would be delighted to become staff is to punish the players that are cheating on the server to ruin other players progress. I know most of the commands in the game modes HCF, and KitMap as that's the servers I specialize in the most. This can be very helpful when staffing as I will know what command does what. I understand the basics of screen sharing a player and also can determine when a player is cheating or not but I will not punish them without proof of them cheating. I will listen to the players suggestions to help improve the server as a whole. I also will be making to keep checking all the servers to make sure it's at a minimum toxicity. I am always active in discord, and TeamSpeak in case a player needs assistance in any of them. If a player is new to the server and is clueless what to start off with then I will make sure to give them a explanation on how to start up and survive against other players. I will be looking out for any reports about cheaters to take action as soon as possible. I will be active in the chat asking questions about what to improve and what to remove on the server (on kits). I will try to host some events so I can ensure players to have a great time (on kits) EX: First to kill me gets a rank upgrade. I love meeting new people and helping them. I’ve seen players in ts who just wanted to break my eardrums and I could change that. SagePVP is a truly great server. I can memorize their staff guide being able to memorize something just reading it once can be a SUPER helpful thing. I know I can make a difference to the staff team, the SagePVP staff team is really active, but if I get added to the team the TS waiting time will go down a lot. For most people, helping players in game is the funniest part of being staff. For me, it’s moving people in TeamSpeak because I get to meet a bunch of new people and even some I can call friends by the end of the TeamSpeak conversation. I have a lot of experience for being Staff and I’m multi-lingual. I speak both Russian, a bit of Spanish and of course English. I’ve always worked hard as a staff and I put a lot of hours per week just staffing. Considering its role in the HCF community at the moment, I think the server has lots of potential into becoming one of the best HCF servers around. If I were to become staff, I would treat my role seriously and try my best to maintain a positive identity throughout the server and to keep the server free of rule breakers. I believe that chat-moderation is an aspect that could be improved. The community of the server is fantastic, I've really enjoyed being a part of this community and I want to expand it by becoming a staff member. I am also quite experienced when it comes to HCF staffing. There are multiple reasons why I would love to become staff on SagePVP. I could also tell you more during my interview. I can bring quite a lot to SagePVP and its community.2O17

The reason I think you should accept me as staff is because I am delightful to help out others when they need help. I also have a lot of knowledge of being staff on other servers like the ones listed above. I would be delighted to be a part of the staff team on here to help out others & punish the ones disregarding the rules. You should accept me as staff, because I will bring a lot towards the community and do everything as much as I can. I am very familiar with the rules that go on this server as I have a lot of experience of playing it in the past. Familiar commands - /warn, /staffchat, /alerts, /staff, /freeze, etc.
You should accept me as staff because I believe that with this rank will make me have a lot of responsibilities and privileges by helping out the server. I would look at the chat a lot when I'm not even staff on a server and when a player needs assistance, my first reaction is to help someone on either the Discord/Forum/TeamSpeak or anywhere else. Anytime I get on I see not a lot of staff on but I believe that they have a different timezone as me since I live in FL which is (Eastern Standard Time). When I used to be staff on other servers, I loved to help people and get to know people because I would be happy with myself for doing a good deed and being with a great community like SagePVP. It's a good feeling since there is not a lot of toxic people on the server which is a good thing because of the staff team. I am a very good person to work along with and I will always listen to anyone's idea and will take it into consideration and tell them to make a "Suggestion" on the forums. I also lately see that there is a lot of spammers on the server and some advertisers once and a while and it takes staff around 1-2 minutes to get them to be banned and it really annoys me and other players on the server when the chat is being spammed with big announcements and IP's, and I can also help with that.
I will mention specific skills that I own that other applicants may not have or may not be as good at

I am very good at communicating with others in a chat or in voice chat.
This can be very helpful when communicating with a player or staff member in TeamSpeak ( Hi, how may I help you? ) or discord.
I am also very good with people who like to joke or be mature about different situations.
Respectful:
I will be making sure I am polite towards another player or staff member when communicating with them even if they are disrespectful or rude towards me.
I'd like to make sure that everyone is treated the same as everyone else.
Friendly:
Being friendly is key, especially if you want them to be respectful back.
I will be welcoming new players to the server and helping them with any issues they encounter.
Honesty:
I am an honest person, I wouldn't lie to someone because I think that is rude to be dishonest towards them when they could be honest towards you.
I have lied in the past with stuff but I try to make sure I don't do it.
If I've ever figured out I made a mistake I will own up to it if I can.
If a player were to ask me a question and I was unsure on how to respond then I would ask a staff member about some advice.
Maturity:
I think maturity is another key feature when communicating to someone in chat or voice chat.
I do think I am an all round mature person when it comes to caring about others.
