It is not that you didn’t write an essay, it is that you didn’t give that many reasons to be accepted as staff and you just said that Trial-Mod wouldn’t be a challenge for you. Also, you never played with my faction, but you told me and my faction to kill ourselves before I had this IGN.

Neutral - Very well done application - Good past experience - No proof of being staff on any of said server - Was told to wait 2 weeks, applied again anyways - Was demoted for abusing, but won’t hold that against you because people can change, just something to take into account Good Luck!

I gave him what I thought was fair, there is no proof towards the fact that he was not staff, and him adding more detail shows that he is putting in the work to become a staff member, I am not changing my rating at the moment,

-1 - Lack of detail - No real past experience Good Luck!

-1 - No proof of past staff experience - Needs more detail on "Why should we accept you as a staff" - Was very immature to me and my faction on other HCF servers Good Luck!

Neutral - Good detail - Good past experience - No proof of being staff on previous servers - Lots of people saying you are immature and you were not staff on a server you said that you were (but there was no proof of this) Good Luck!
