You can write about why you want to be staff more, maybe say you have been playing sage for a long time and hackers and glitchers always ruin the moment, I want to prevent that and help players have a smooth experience, of course with some more detail.

The colors and stuff, highlight all your text then on the lines to the left set it so the text is in the middle, make it all 1 color or something, like the questions bold & black and the response bold & blue, it does not matter that much its just appealing, also say the average player count on...

why even make this, just dm a manager if you think so, I have seen you play and you are definitely not professional, just play something else at this point.
