happened to me i got. declined on card, but then I did Paypal and it worked so idk

I know this is late. But most likely the problem was that your bank has an Anti-Fraud system setup and It declined your payment because it viewed Sagepvp.org as a suspicious site. I would recommend using Paypal because it's trusted by most banks.
