Often I see this with servers. Helper is a useless dogshit boring role literally. Helpers perms are so limited which is why you see so many of them rated so low but the real shame is most of them have great potential but they have no permission and often resign as they are bored waiting. Make staff start at trial-mod and give more perms as whenever a helper moves me in ts he always has to get a higher up ( Mod ) which must make them feel so shitty as they just want to help. I feel if use made some changes helpers would do a lot better
