Age: I am 15 years of age, some people may think that's young, but In my mind it's all about the maturity. I'm pretty sure I can get backed up by some of the staff that has been in touch with me from my time being on the server. People say that I’m not emotional in my class, I don’t really think so though
I went through puberty at the age of 10, and I’m the tallest person in class. I don’t really have that many french friends, so I spend a lot of time communicating online, I’m sure I won’t have a problem sticking with the community. Whenever I talk to new people online, I always have a certain ritual,
I ask them to guess my age, everyone says from 14-18, I’m usually very shocked when I receive these kinds of answers, but whenever I tell them that I’m 12, they flip out! They accuse me of trolling, and it’s very funny.

How long have you played on our Network?: I can recall first time joining the server on May 8th, however I may be mistaken. I got sent by ToggleStrafe, also I have heard about the server from Doxifying and Sebby.
I tried my best to make a schedule for my time moderating.
6am: Wakeup
6am-7am: Jogging/workout
7am-8am: Breakfast
8:30am -12:30am: Moderating
8am to 8pm: Basketball, Family activities , eating, going out.
20:00- Moderate a bit (30 minutes or so)
In total: 5-6 hours a day.
I'm very organized so I made this timetable for me, I will be dedicating:
2:30 Hours- In game
2:30 Hours- Teamspeak
30m/1 hour - Forums
Also I'm a very good multi-tasker, I can handle the teamspeak support rooms whilst punishing cheaters, or just plain old helping out in game.
Keep in mind that I'm on vacation, so I don't have to do much other than basketball and working out.
I have finally graduated 7th grade, so that means a ton of time for moderating and getting work done on the server. This schedule may vary of course, due to some family activities.
P.S : I will spend less time on the weekends since my dad and I need to have some bonding times for each other, I need to take a break from my PC as well and sort out some family issues.

Have you ever been banned on Sarefine before? I have been false banned, but my fellow @putdown unbanned me right after.
Can you record?: Yes, I can record. The quality may not turn out to be great since, I record on a mac but, it will still be 720p60 FPS. However I plan to get a new PC, on my birthday!______________________________________________________________________________
Do you have a Microphone?: Yes! I do, I have a high quality studio microphone, an Audio Technicha AT2020.______________________________________________________________________________
Can you use teamspeak?: Of course! I have spend a lot of time helping French clients/users on the teamspeak, have spoken to lots of members from the staff team, met a ton of cool people. Did screen shares, all the nice jazz!______________________________________________________________________________Any past moderation experience?: Nobody in this world in perfect, so this is where my so called "Cons/Minuses" come in. I've never been staff on a larger server like Sarefine, but I had the job as a Co-Owner/Recruiter on ZenbuHCF/ZenbuFactions, we usually had 10-20 people online and we managed those 20 players pretty well. I started on Zenbu quite a while back, when I met the owner Navigations. We skyped frequently, it wasn't a big deal until he actually invited me to the staff team, I got the moderator rank the first time in my life! It was a very bizarre experience for me to moderate a server, it was fun and nauseating at times, I needed to make the shop signs, which took ages and I didn't even know the IDs! I needed to look everything up and type until eternity, after I finished, Navigations called me on skype, he had a small surprise for me, for my contribution on the server he would make me Jr.Mod, I was very happy, and as time went on, I got more experience , I made it to Admin , Head-Admin, and after 3 years of me being staff on there, he gave me Co-Leadership of the server, I was so surprised that all this time had flew over my shoulders, when I looked back at my Mod application I sent to Navigations, I was shocked, I have learned so much after these 3 years. I was kind of getting bored when I was in the leadership team, I didn't really need to do much on the server, so I asked if I could be the Recruiter/Staff-manager, and here I was managing staff.I've learned a ton in these 3 years. But, sadly the server got shut down and the owner didn't really want to reopen it, currently it's in maintenance, but I have grown apart from the server, and I want to do better.______________________________________________________________________________
What I have learnt from these 3 years? Hardwork, permissions, how to manage staff, what to do and what not to do in certain situations, how to talk to players, how to detect a hacked client, how to get evidence, how to screen share properly, including: finding the most recent ghost clients.
How to tell if a player's lying, when to be forgirveful. I've also learned a ton just by watching people moderate, and when you watch, you learn! I've seen some of Mefs and Regret's staff series's ! I've educated myself by also entertaining myself! He has taught me how long the bans are, the different kind of commands, how to deal certain situations. ______________________________________________________________________________
Why do you think you should be a moderator?: I can describe myself in 5 words:
-Friendly
-Hard-working
-Experienced
-Mature
-Efficient
These adjectives are very powerful when you're a member of staff. From my 3 years of playing minecraft, I can declare that I am capable of detecting any sort of illegal modification to the minecraft client, examples are: Bhop, KB Reducer, Simple Ghost clients, Reach and ETC. I try my best to get enough evidence of the player hacking, before I ban them, I hate when staff false ban, because I've had that issue a ton of times, where a staff member can't tell between Good aim/Aimbot, it is very nauseating when you see a great server, with nice plugins, smooth connection but the staff are
-Immature
-Not experienced
-Careless
-Toxic
Of course I will not name any servers, but these kinds of staff are on many practice/hcf servers, which really makes the gameplay not enjoyable, when you are sure that a staff member can help you out any time 24/7, you'll be a lot more calm instead of being paranoid about a hacker phasing into your base and making you raidable.
I Guarantee you that I will not be one of these 4 above. I always care about the server's player-base and my work, I am very experienced in screen sharing and detecting illegal modifications,even though I'm forgirveful and I give second chances, In my opinion hacking, or cheating in any sort ruins the game for legit players, and I think that It strictly shouldn't be tolerated, I'm very against it. I very much up vote the server’s strict permanent ban for illegal modifications. I will never be immature, on my time being a staff member. Sure, I may be immature at times but you can trust me to get a huge responsibility handled very efficiently and smoothly. I am a fast typer so that means I can answer a lot of questions in a small period of time, I can type commands and punishments faster, also can notify the staff quickly if I need help. I have read all of the rules, and the punishment guidelines, also I've taken a look at the allowed modifications, which I actually helped making, so I know what I am working with. I know every single punishment's period by heart. I will take my time reading the moderator guidelines, and I promise to read every single paragraph of it. For one time, I actually want to be staff because I want to see how it feels when you're a staff member on a larger community, it gives me butterflies in my stomach every second I think I about it. I’m a very unique playerLike everyone else, I don't want the power, and I think 0% of the staff team should apply just because they want power, I want to help the server out, while helping me out, try to have a better experience, and also improve my french. I have experienced with what it’s like being a mod on sarefine. By the help of Archyon, I have learned many things about the server, I’ve been with him for the time of him being Trial-Mod, he has helped me and I’ve helped him, ranging from moderating, to general fun on the server. Sarefine made us find each other, and now we teamspeak daily, and for that I want to thank all of the staff members that helped out to make the server, and thank the managers for choosing Archyon as a moderator on this server. I’m also a frequent mac user, and I have actually edited this whole text on my macbook air! Since, I have a lot of experience with macs, and others in this community don’t,I may be the one who does screen shares on macs! I know where the minecraft files are loaded from, and what they require to run, this will help out the community a ton, because I’ve been in mac screen shares, and sometimes it’s a mess. I’ve actually heard someone say: “He has a mac we can’t screen share him” That isn’t true! I do not over exaggerate, and I don’t get mad over people doing the wrong thing, I try to stay as calm as possible..______________________________________________________________________________
What do you think you can bring to the staff team?: As kohi and badlion merged/Judgement day happened, a lot of french people got banned, so they're looking for a good European server to play on, of course they turn to Sarefine, and as you may know, I'm fluent in both English and French, I've helped out tons of moderator with french people, but instead of me helping the moderators help french people, If I get the rank, I'll help myself moderate the server by knowing the french language! Also I can help out new staff, teach them the ways to screen share, how to find ghost clients, how to detect any sort of modification, how to tell if someone's lying, also I can teach people french! For example, Certs, the new Moderator told me that he's learning french so I can maybe help him out a little bit! I ______________________________________________________________________________
What makes you a better choice over anyone else?: I assume , I'm a lot more mature than some other younger players. I don't wanna be offensive to adolescent staff, but being a member of staff is very hard, it won't be easy and I know it, some younger people don't have the capabilities to be a member of staff, even though I may be young, I know how to act mature, be responsible and of course, truthful. I think I am capable of handling my responsibilities pretty well, whether it's helping people in teamspeak, on the forums in game, or just general help with life problems, I'm the kind of person you can trust and open your heart to, I make your problem mine. I'm always looking for new friends and I have a good sense of humor. I try my best to achieve something that I want badly, I never quit. I'm a hardworking fellow, and I never back out of a challenge. My dad always says to me there is no such thing as a “problem" on planet earth, a problem is a challenge, and you need to find a way to beat the challenge .I'm not the same person in game as I am in real life. With my friends I act cool and immature, have fun and make jokes, but when I'm in game I try my best to be mature. I always love to help out people even if they have done something wrong, I'm very forgiving and I give 2nd chances, always try my best to find a way out of a situation and help the player out. I always try to put myself in the players shoes, see what they're trying to do. I try to turn people from bad to good, change the way they think, of course I respect everyone's opinions and I don't think it's right to tell someone that their opinion is wrong. I treat everyone the same way, I don't think it's right for me not to talk to someone just because they are not staff. I'm not sexist,racist , nor homophobic, I respect everyone as they are, I don't judge people behind their backs.I'm the kind of friend that would tell you that you have a booger on your nose, so you don't get publicly humiliated. I manage my anger, I don't false ban a player just because I lost. I do not put my nose in other people's business’s. I'm very well taught on how to talk to people by my parents. I really respect my parents I love them for making me who I am, a friendly, nice guy, that you can count on! I always finish my work, I never procrastinate. I handle stressful tasks easily.______________________________________________________________________________

The reason why I’m applying on this server is that, I like the community, it has a unique and non-toxic staff, it’s very nice home, the staff aren’t corrupted, they’re friendly and hardworking.______________________________________________________________________________
How much time did the application take? For me to get all of the ideas and put them into a form of text, took about 3 days, the writing was very nauseating but I think I expressed everything well in 2 hours. Excuse me if there are any grammar mistakes, I checked it 5 times and it seems to be clean.
