In which way? The entire purpose of an application is to convince you on why I am fit for a staff position, its all about quality over quantity. Wouldn't really matter if I wrote a lot because a lot of people just take a glance on how much you wrote and leave their rating based on that.

please go read the format found here. It states "You must have at least 600 words in your application before you submit it." whilst yours only has 345.
