↬ Why would you like to become a staff member?:
I would like to become a staff member of the SagePvP network because I think I am a valid addition to the staff team, I have studied a lot for this role and I really want to be part of this team, I would like to help the network to moderate the chat from the most aggressive players of the type. who rage against other players, to enforce the rules of SagePvP to those who do not respect it. In general I would like to join your staff team to get a "+" if we want to call it, as regards the "staff experience" but also to work with people who have or maybe have had an experience regarding moderation or how to behave in different situations with users in which maybe I personally have a little more difficulty, it would help me a lot in my path that I would like to continue to carry out.
↬ If accepted, how would you improve the players' experience?:
Then, if accepted, I would improve the experience of the players by giving them as much support as possible in the shortest possible time, so as to satisfy their requests for support, I will mute the most toxic players or those with a more aggressive character towards other players, I would send clips to senior staff members in case there are cheaters on the net.
This is all I would do to improve the gameplay experience of players, both on the forum and on discord and teamspeak, but especially on Minecraft.
↬ If you were to rate your honesty on a scale of 1-10, what would it be and why?
If I were to rate my honesty from 1 to 10 I would give myself an 8.
In my opinion I am a very honest guy who almost never tells lies, in case I had to tell a lie there is definitely a second reason why I did it.

Good evening, my name is Andrew, I am 16 years old and I come from Italy.
I have been playing football for
7 years, I have several obby besides football, I started playing minecraft back in 2014, and I have always been interested in these big servers where my "idols" like 50ShadesOfPing, Skracker and Zaues have played.
I believe I am ready to face such a vast adventure of obstacles but also of emotions.
