I personally have a lot of HCF experience, as playing as a player and sometimes a staff member, I would be able to adjust very easily.

If you were to rate your honesty on a scale of 1-10, what would it be and why?
Why would you like to become a staff member?
If accepted, how would you improve the player's experience?

I suggest you revise this application and put in 30 mins to 1 hour of effort in. You can do better and I know it.
