Hello my name is Healed I'm 19 years old and got back into hcf recently I really love the server and the community and just want to be apart of it.

Working between factions and hcf servers has taught me a lot of staff skills and Management skills as you know
factions and hcf are different but not by much staff on them is very similar accept for different rules the management
positions I have had has taught me how to properly handle a community and its players. i feel that brining me onto the team
would greatly benefit the team as i have experience in both factions and hcf.
Why would you like to become a staff member?:
I will list them for you.
Activity
I'm able to contribute a large portion of my time moderating chat and doing staff related things
anyone from 18-30 hours on weeks days
Responsibility
I am a very responsible person. If I make a mistake I always take ownership for the mistake and I take the punishment.
I am also very responsible with permissions and commands that a staff member may have over an ordinary player.
With that said I'm not someone to shy away from problems
but instead face them with a forward thinking attitude!
Maturity
Maturity is one of the key traits you need as a staff member,
If you're not mature you're ruining the servers reputation. my experience
in management has taught me so much about professionalism and how to conduct
myself.
Knowledge
I've been playing HCF since minehq so I know a lot about hcf and how the game works
also my past experience working with faction servers and hcf servers taught me to use
staff tactics from both.
If accepted, how would you improve the players' experience?:
If I were to be accepted I would make sure SagePvP is a non-toxic environment.
I would make sure all rules breakers get punished. I will make sure to staff with as much effort as i can
I am a very nice and understanding person I wont get toxic with a player as that is very unprofessional
I will get the know the community and give feed back to things and things we could add to make the server
a better place as you always want to improve you never want to become complacent.
If you were to rate your honesty on a scale of 1-10, what would it be and why?
I would rate my honestly on a 9/10. This is for the fact that I have trouble admitting when I'm wrong sometimes
i am working on this to make my self better.

Weaknesses
My main weakness is screen sharing as I don't know how to find some of the new clients.
Weekends
On the weekend I'm able to contribute a total of 8-9 hours.
