Why would you like to become a staff member?:
I would like to become staff member, so I will be able to find hackers to help people in TeamSpeak, Discord and in-game. I am playing hcf for a long time now but this server never died and it's just keep growing and growing and if I would be one of staff member I would be able to help people as much as I will be able to. I was staff on many small servers but I believe it's time to grow up and try to go big. In my opinion staff member doesn't put you above other players for staff means helping players/member in this community. I would rate myself 5/10 in Screen Share experiences, but I am getting better and better. I was playing Sage before on my other account but then that account got hacked, so I couldn't get it back. Usually there is many people waiting in support rooms and as I saw there isn't many EU staff member on SagePvP community. If I got accepted that would mean a lot to me because I know it's hard to trust people, but I am trusted I am a nice person I love to talk to everyone. I had a server myself, so I know quite a lot of things about staffing even tho it wasn't a huge server. I really want to show that I am possible handle this end help this community because if I would get accepted that would bring me a lot of experiences and I would bring server a lot. With that I meant to say that I would help players at least 2-4 hours a day. Because I enjoyed playing this server so much I want to be a part of the staff team, so I will be able to help not only watch them do a great job. I want to be the one helping people getting better at staffing getting more experiences making peoples day better.
If accepted, how would you improve the players' experience?:
If accepted I would improve player experiences with honesty and helping. With honesty, I meant to say that I will give no mercy to someone who is my friend and if he is cheating he will deserve the same punishment as other players. As a staff member I will lower toxicity and stop player from hacking. As I as before I think there isn't enough EU staff member, so I would be perfect because all people who need help would get moved faster wouldn't have to wait as much time as they do now. I would improve their experiences with my kindness because I am really nice person, so they would be happy to talk to me. If someone said or report someone I chat I would teleport to them to at least check what's going on if someone was hacking against them, I would record than ban them from this network so the person won't get killed by a cheater. I will put hard work in this community so everyone will be safe as much as possible, and they will get help as fast as I will be able to work.
If you were to rate your honesty on a scale of 1-10, what would it be and why?
I would say 8. I am not the most honest person but when it comes to honesty I am trying to be as much honest as possible. Well I would rate honesty 8 because sometimes when it comes to IRL stuff I lie but this is not everyday it's like every year like 4 times a year maybe. But my honesty is going up because I am trying to be as much honest as possible.
