I was a Sr.Mod on CavePvp. I was in TeamSpeak everyday moving support rooms and whenever somebody had a question
, I was there. I was in the process of learning how to screen share and would like to continue that whilst being staff on Cave.
On CavePvp I learned that time was everything the more time you spent helping people and working your way up the ranks it almost seems like the ranks just come to you, at least it felt like that to me in the end, I guess I also learned how to manage a group of people and prepare other staff members for there days on the server.
Discord – (Not that it matters) –
Outside of Minecraft I have been staff on many discord server varying from 100-10,000 members at times, they were mostly community gaming discord and had a lot of people trying to join other servers so I had to do a lot of work to stop that from happening and there was a lot of racism going on and people bypassing filters so it was a very hands-on keyboard situation that I had to do I stepped down around 2 years ago and have been happy ever since,
Well being staff in a 10,000 member discord well that was quite hectic it was almost like a essay being written by tons of people at a time, flashing before my eyes and here on this discord server I learned a lot I learned new words that I usually don't use in everyday sentences I learned a little bit of Russian for some reason and I learned to type quite fast as we had to do the mutes as soon as possible.
Why do you want to become Staff?:

There really are an immense amount of reasons why I would like to become a Helper/Trial-Moderator on SagePvP. The main reason is that I love helping people and making people happy. Seeing someone enjoying their time on a server that I staff on just gives me goose bumps and shows me how great of a server SagePvP really is. One of my best qualities is that I am extremely nice to people and I am very kind-hearted. I know that I could definitely use these natural qualities to make an impact on SagePvP. It would also be amazing to see the server flourish, both within the community and the developmental aspect. It would be my pleasure to help a variety of different players and he there for anyone who is troubled or may be in need of assistance. I really want the community to realize that a staff team is more than just a few players on a server. The majority of staff are all very compassionate people who are willing to help anyone anytime. A staff member is a person who devotes much of their time just to help other players in need. It truly is fascinating to me. I, just like many other staff members, am extremely passionate about making the community a better place for everyone. I have been playing this game for 7 years and this is my 6th year being involved in the hcf community. I have seen much bias, discrimination, and overall hate towards people just because they are not "known enough." But in my eyes, everyone within the hcf community is an equal, and should be treated like one. This means giving second chances for improvement or change if requested, banning a famous player even though I may get hate, or even just moving people in teamspeak evenly, to be sure no one gets upset. I strive to provide the best playing experience possible for any player regardless of his or hers ranking within the community. If our players are happy, than I am happy. I will make sure that each player who joins the network will be met with kind words and best regards. I plan to help as many people possible through simple actions such as answering a question in chat, or providing additional information even though it may take a longer amount of time to complete. I've learned over my many years that if you provide a unique experience for any and all players, those players on the network will always log out at the end of the day with a smile on their face. I believe that everyone should be provided this experience, by all of the staff members working together on SagePvP. I know that if I become staff, I will always provide above average assistance in all areas possible, not only to improve the community and the players, but to improve myself as a staff member. I know in my heart that I am ready to take this position and provide the assistance and passion that this servers needs to continue flourishing. I am a willing person who does not mind handling any task that may be assigned to me as a staff member. If I become staff, I will always make sure to get the job done. I want to work my hardest to please not only the players, but my peers co-workers. I am willing to commit as much time needed to ensure proper assistance to all players as a Helper/Moderator. I want to make sure that the hcf community is represented by mature, professional individuals who understand the most important concepts of a server and its player base. In general, I would love to be able to help the network continue to grow, and would like to make it a home for all players who connect to Sage. Overall I love being able to help with any concerns or questions anyone might have for me. I want to make sure that everyone on the server is having fun, without having to deal with any issues. I say this because players should always have a great experience. Maturity
I am very mature. If I am given a chance to be a staff member, I will always keep my cool while remaining professional. I will never let my emotions affect how I treat the players.
Communication
I am very good at communicating and asking questions. If I don't know how to do something or I am confused about punishment, I always ask for help instead of guessing. I also have the ability to communicate with many different types of people.
Trustworthiness/Honesty
I know that sometimes I am wrong, and I know when to accept what I did and take the punishment, even if it means losing the staffing position. I would rather be honest than lie to try to keep my position. If somebody is cheating or not following rules on the server and they are my friends, I will always punish them for what they did (I do not condone of “special” treatment for players even well-known ones).
Respect/Professionalism
When I am with a player, I will always be respectful and professional. I know that can affect the way I will handle things. Being respectful and professional are key things while being a staff member. No matter my feelings on a player or a staff member, I will always work to help them before having my feelings take advantage of me.
Motivation
I have been playing Minecraft for a long time. Even though I am still very much interested in the game itself, I have recently found more pleasure in being a staff member than in playing. While being a staff member I was spending all of my free time staffing because it’s one of the most enjoyable things I have done in a long time. If I were to be accepted as a staff member, I would be 100% motivated to be on and helping the community.
Responsible
If I were to mess up and mute the wrong person, mute somebody for the wrong reason, or did something else I wasn’t supposed to do, I wouldn’t try and hide it. I would immediately tell my superior what I did and ask what I could do to fix it, or if I knew how to fix it, I would tell them and inform them so if somebody else also told them, it wouldn’t look like I was hiding it
Leadership
One of my main jobs while being staff on CavePvp was to show the new helpers the ropes, teach them the commands, and answer any questions they had. It was one of the best parts about being a staff member. I love leading them and showing them how that certain server does things and would love to continue doing this if I get accepted.
