Below is my staff experience, with the bottom of the list being the most recent servers and the top being the less recent.
Cyclone Factions:Below is my staff experience, with the bottom of the list being the most recent servers and the top being the less recent.
I was staff on this faction server for a while around 3 years ago, I made it up to Admin before I decided to resign, due to my growing lack of interest in regular factions and my growing interest in other game modes I didn't feel I was doing enough for the server and someone else deserved my position.
RealMC:
Was staff on RealMC for around 4 months, made it up to Admin however decided to leave to join Fenix staff team as was no longer enjoying Practice as much as I used to and the server was starting to die out.
FenixMC:
I was staff on Fenix twice (a year to 2 years ago), first time I made it up to Moderator+ before falling out with one of the owners and therefore deciding to quit. A month or two later the owner was then Blacklisted from the server and removed from the staff team and I reapplied and made my way up to Administrator before deciding to leave due to exams.
Exonic:
I was staff on Exonic for a good 2 weeks (a year ago), even though the server never really released and was griefed leading to one of the owners quitting the server, I was platform-admin about to become “Media Manager” for managing YouTubers etc…. It was great fun helping setting up the server, with permissions and ranked and it was a bit disappointing that it was never released officially.
I’ve recently taken a break from Minecraft to focus on studies however I am now in a Gap Year between University and doing a reasonably relaxed university course so will have plenty of time to continue playing/staffing.
Why would you like to become a staff member?:
I would like to become a staff member on Sage because even though I thoroughly enjoy playing on the server I also love helping people as well as would love the opportunity to have some responsibility on the server and to help the server improve and improve future/existing players’ experiences’. I would also love to be staff on Sage to assist with screensharing, I personally have quite a history of closet cheating and am reasonably well knowledged in screensharing, but specifically in screensharing Mac Operating Systems as used Mac for years so know the in’s and out’s of bypasses on Mac.
Below are some of the reasons I feel I deserve to be staff members over other players:I would like to become a staff member on Sage because even though I thoroughly enjoy playing on the server I also love helping people as well as would love the opportunity to have some responsibility on the server and to help the server improve and improve future/existing players’ experiences’. I would say I am mature for my age, but also act professionally in front of players as to not let the staff team down or put the server in bad eyes. In chat, I am controlled and in teamspeak, when addressing a player, I do not play around and will deal with them as quickly and professionally as I can before talking to other people.
----=Fairness=----
I feel, during the time I was staff on here as well as Cyclone, I was never Biased to people, no matter if they were my Best Friend or my Arch Enemy I would treat them the same way I treated everyone else on the server treating people unfairly due to my relationship with them could adversely affect someone's gameplay possibly making them quit or get angry and therefore decreasing the servers player count.
----=Activity=----
I am extremely active on the server in the first place as dedicate almost all my spare time on the server. I also work from home and therefore can be active on the server while working and help people throughout the day and late into the night.
----=Anger=----
For a staff to act professional and represent the server well I feel they need to be able to control their own emotions and not take them out on other players, the reason I feel I would be good at this is I would say I am generally in control of my anger and have other ways, in real life, to take it out which won’t harm any of the servers’ players. Evidence in this can be seen in my punishments where I have never received a warning for toxicity at all, not only showing the control of my rage but also how I act professionally on the server whether staff or a player, bringing toxicity down in this community would have many benefits, especially since much of the HCF community is very toxic it would be nice to have this community as a safe haven from toxicity in-game.
----=Trolling=----
I do not like trolling, nor plan to ever do it as a staff member. Being a player I have seen multiple staff troll me, which I don’t mind but I can blatantly see how other players might find it extremely annoying and adverse their gameplay and get angry at the staff team simply because staff are bored/impatient and what to play around.
----=Abuse=-----
During my staff experiences I have never abused once, never set a factions DTR or refunded someone for no reason whether they are my friends or not. Abuse is the worst behaviour staff can do and ruins other players experiences as it gives certain people an advantage of destroying other people’s chance in the game.
----=Dealing With Rogue Players=----
If I am to see a player who has complete disregard for the rules, ignores all warns and is just doing what he wants without expecting any repercussions, I would deal with him following the rules exactly. Not getting angry or spamming simply just telling him to stop whatever he is doing, and warning/muting him if necessary.
----=Dealing With Rogue Chat=----
If, while I’m on as staff, I see at least 3 people or excess of half the server spamming chat for one reason or another, instead of muting/warning all of them I would mute the chat globally, and publically address the whole server warning them if they spam then they will be punished according to the rules with no exception drawn to the fact that they are in a group, then I would unmute the chat, and if anyone does continue to disobey the rules I will deal with them accordingly.
----=Maturity=----
For my age, 16, I am very mature and do not piss about when things need to be dealt with seriously and professionally. For example, if there is a hacker and multiple staff tp to ban him, I feel no need to fight for the ban as we’re all a team and need to work as one instead of wasting time-fighting over small petty things like that. If I see another staff member SS’ing or helping someone out in a support room I would not just join in and tell them I need their help, instead, I would wait till they are finished or message them if it is urgent to join when possible or to do the certain thing when they can.

I have a high-end specced PC and therefore always record whenever I am playing and so can always provide proof of anything I see in person and have to act upon.
----=Motivation=----
I am still very motivated to play the game and to play Sage. I play no other games and I still really enjoy playing HCF and Practice. Henceforth I feel making me as a staff is almost a long term investment, I want to be staff indefinitely for now!
----=Support Rooms=----
I already spend much of my day in TeamSpeak, and would be happy to spend upwards of 5 hours in TeamSpeak checking every so often if there is anyone who needs assistance. I also have a mic which receives no echo and you can hear me perfectly, adding to the professionalism I will bring to the staff team.
----=Independence=----
I am an independent worker in general, however happy to work as a team, I can figure out a situation, in general, myself without having to ask higher up staff unless there is no other way to sort the situation out. I value peoples time and do not plan to waste it on problems I can easily solve myself.

I act swiftly and will punish fairly and justly when necessary, however, I also acknowledge that being a staff member isn’t about punishing people but ensuring that no one's actions are unfairly affecting other players' experience so therefore whipping punishments out in every opportunity is not what you should do.
I would personally say I am a reasonably amenable person and therefore would hope to improve players experiences by being a friendly staff member who players will enjoy talking to and will never feel my decisions are unjust. I am confident but also hard-working and kind (never been muted or warned for toxicity of any sort) and therefore feel players will feel comfortable and enjoy me as a staff member.

If you were to rate your honesty on a scale of 1-10, what would it be and why?:
I would rate my honesty a 9/10. I have been caught cheating on Sage twice and both times I have come clean straight away without the need of an SS. Both times I have told them what I have used and how I use it to assist them with dealing with anyone cheating in the future. I have never lied about my involvement in situations on the server and have never come into TS to complain about something incorrectly or with malicious intent.
In the real world, I went to an extremely strict boarding school and was rarely in trouble and was extremely hard working and motivated. Many of my teachers thoroughly liked me and have stayed in touch with them and having now left I still have plans to meet up with a couple of them once the Corona palaver is over.

I am currently on a Gap Year and am planning on going to University next year to study Computer Science. I am an extremely motivated person and received top grades in my exams. I speak a little French and Spanish and obviously fluent in English. I have been at boarding school for the last 5 years and am now (during my gap year) working for a Fintech company in London specialising in creating an industry standard for calculating and preventing Human Error within companies as well as Cyber Security.
My other hobbies include Music and Programming in which I studied both of these subjects (specifically Music Tech) and Maths for the last 2 years to go to University. Currently, my Job consists of working from home and am only working for the next 6 months where I will be doing a range of Programming as well as assisting the Product Team with getting feedback from clients on the versions of our software we release.
For Computer Science I have done multiple government-issued Cyber Security course (GCHQ) in which we covered a range of White Hat Hacking Techniques including penetration testing, SQL Injection, etc.. This is probably where I am most motivated currently and plan to specialise in Cyber Security at University to hopefully go into that industry once I’ve finished and received my degree. My plan is to do a ¾ year course at University (depending on if I go to Scotland or England), after this I will receive my Bachelors then I plan to go to the US to do my Masters (most likely West-Coast).
In terms of coding knowledge, my main languages are Python, C++ and Swift with those being what I have done my main projects on. Python I regularly use to take a look at Machine learning and I also run a couple of apps using XCode and Swift for iPhone. C++ I use for a range of things but started learning it to understand memory management further and to test myself, my main projects on C++ recently have consisted of making cheats for games such as Assault Cube, Rust, GTA V and Black Ops 2. This for me was personally more done as a challenge as when coronavirus hit my exams were cancelled and I had many months where I had nothing else to do so decided I wanted to get into coding with C++ and decided to choose to do cheat coding as it was an interesting field to me.
I also have a reasonable amount of knowledge in HTML, CSS and NodeJS (A version of Javascript but server-side ran instead of client-side), this stemmed from a project I focussed on around 2 years ago where I remade the game Agar.io and then ran a website with the edited version of the game for a couple of months. I know a certain amount of Java and have recently been looking into it far more and a lot of my work for the next 6 months will be focussed on Java as well as Python.
