Reasons: Your good staff experience ( PVPTEMPLE & Minemen ) are both Practice servers which I feel have not prepared you for HCF staffing. That being said they are still good individual servers. You lack detail in one of the questions, I doubt you only have two qualities and no more. There is no colour scheme which makes the whole application unnecessarily messy and unorganized. You also added a lot of silly Detail inside your application! I suggest just reading it over again and looking for what is and isn't needed.
