My purchase keeps saying declined but I did everything right I'm trying to buy Op gkit but it says your payment has been declined.

When is my purchase gonna work it keeps saying your payment failed when I put in all the right information i've waited several times in ts and not a single staff member helped. i've even helpop'd several times aswell so if i could get my gkit now that would be great -Hurtfulpain
