But the reason I gave you -1 is because of the requirements, in this case is that you dont have any staff HCF excperience // Any staff experience at all

Almost every single ( i ) I see is wrong because in correct English or American grammar is it with I in caps, but i dont really focus on that, I mainly focus on the requirements.
