Neutral Don't know you personally. Application seems nice, would add what the course of leaving/demotion of the server in experience. Would also improve grammar. Why were you demoted at MMC?

-1 hard negative, no experience, grammar is poor, and lacking hella detail.

I wasn't cheating on MMC, stated that multiple times, the demotion was unclear, they kept it for suspicion of it because they're wasn't 100% proof to overturn it. Not plagiarizing. Normally resign, but valid criticism for the other question.

Overall, wasn't denied for the interview, was mainly denied cause my microphone from a mac wasn't good.

I was pending the first time, denied for not so good of a microphone. I now have a PC and an actual mic.
