Why would you like to become a staff member?:
SagePvP has been thriving for years now in the HCF scene and one thing I have noticed is the dedication by the team and I have never really heard any bad news about sage.
Throughout my years of staffing the thing that brings me back everytime is being able to help the players and having a good time with others in teamspeak I have met some of my best friends staffing and made some great memories but everytime it ends due to a server shutting down. I'm looking at settling down with a server and working my way up but many other servers in the community are not guaranteed but with Sage the network has always stayed up and that makes me want to spend my time here working and doing the best I can at my job as a staff member and working with the team on whatever is thrown at us. Receiving staff on Sage I think I will learn a lot and maybe share some of my knowledge with the team. One of the many things I enjoy is working on a large team because you meet some of your best friends when you work with them and the Sage team seems very genuine and people I would love to meet and work with. Working apart of a hard working team and with people that have dedication on what they are doing is what matters the most being surrounded by negative energy Is not good but with the sage team I see hard workers and people I would like to surround myself around and work with on a daily basis. Sage is the server I see myself longterm and I havent seen myself longterm anywhere for a while but I really think I could be something with Sage and stay loyal to a good network being Sage. One of my main things is having the satisfaction of helping players better enjoy the server by getting rid of cheaters so they can have a better experience while playing the sage network. Personally I have been on many networks and I think sage stands out from others due to its consistency with the player count and constant updates and that’s want really makes me see myself long term as stated above. If I am given the opportunity to prove myself to the staff team and the management I am going to try my hardest to work my way up and be apart of the community and be as active as I can and with me being home schooled I have a lot of free time to be on the network and gain playtime and punishments.
If accepted, how would you improve the players' experience?:

I can record in 60FPS without lag making it easy to see that the player
I punished was infact disobeying the rules
(Communication)
I am active on all platforms including (Telegram, TeamSpeak, Discord)
making me reachable at anytime
(Maturity)
Over my years of staffing I have incountered several Interesting situations
so I know how to control myself and always maintain professional in
any thing that is thrown at me
(Honesty)
I am brutally honest in many situations the only time
I will lie is if Its something that does not need to be said/given out
(Activity)
I have a very flexible schedule due to me being home schooled
so I can be on 6+ hours a day and be on at odd timezones
(Screen Sharing)
I have been ScreenShare verified on multiple networks (Stated Above in the experience section)
but due to me leaving for 6 months I am more then likely not
as experienced with up to date clients/screensharing techniques anymore
If you were to rate your honesty on a scale of 1-10, what would it be and why?
8/10 I'm no liar but if something needs to be kept from someone/its not to be
given out / said I will lie.
