Go to the staff application requirements and make sure there's over 500 words in category "Why would you like to become a staff member?". -1 Lack of detail, seems rushed. I would gladly change to a +1 if there was more detail added into the application & make it look easier to read.

-1 In my opinion, great attempt on making a staff application but my recommendation is spend longer on your staff app and make sure you meet the requirement that list on there such as *400 words* I would love to change it to a +1 reply to my response if you have made a change Good Luck!
