Not Seeing much detail here. It would be easier to read if you spaced out the format to your application. Maybe link some proof of previous staff application. Finally experience playing the server does not mean experience staffing, I see what you mean when you talk about playing all these years...

I'm not sure what to say for this application you have tons of experience as you pointed out but, did you get demoted on those servers resigned, or even just hopped server to server every chance you got?. +0.5

i mean I know where you're coming from but you don't get the same experience with those other lower player base servers
