Although it is a repost from Cave, you could have atleast made the effort to find those terms and change them to Sage. This lack of effort only shows that you do not really care about where you get staff. This is the reason why I do not believe you are ready to get this position

Hey, You could try to get more members on so that you'll also have a bard and other diamonds to assist you. Other than that the only thing you could do player-side is the record and report those players so that it doesn't consistently happen.
